New procedure for sub-warranty spare parts orders

For the new year 2019, Hengel Industrie has reviewed the operation of sub-warranty parts orders.

From now on, to place your sub-warranty spare parts orders, you must send an email to hengel.sav @ hengel.com with:

  • your customer number,
  • the serial number and the reference of the concerned machine,
  • your name,
  • your email and that accounting,
  • the delivery adress
  • the billing address,
  • the reference(s) and quantity of the part(s) you wish to receive.
     

Once your order is processed, we send you the spare parts with an invoice and a return voucher.

Upon receipt of these parts, you must send us the defective parts within 15 days maximum.

Upon return of these defective parts, we will establish a credit note for compensation of the invoice.

If we do not receive these parts, we will activate billing and you will receive the final invoice.
