The blast chiller range for professionals is an economical solution intended to quickly cool down (temperature < 10°C) small quantities of food products in less than 2 hours in accordance with the cool down temperature standards. It comes in 3 sizes: 5, 10 or 15 trays according to the quantity of the products to cool down. These blast chillers are easy to use and they require no installation (only 16A plug for 5 and 10 levels). They are designed for Gastronorm containers GN1/1.
