The blast freezer and chiller range is an economical solution intended for clients requiring to quickly deep-freeze (core temperature -18°C) or cool down small quantities of food products in accordance with the temperature freezing standards. It comes in 3 sizes: 5, 10 or 15 trays according to the product quantity to deep-freeze. These shock freezers are easy to use and require no installation (only 16A plug for 5 and 10 levels). They are designed for 400x600 / 460x660 mm trays or Gastronorm containers GN1/1 with optional slides.
